I haven't yet, but I did see that very quickly on my last run of URU: CC.

D'nied eggs
Place 4 dozen eggs (at least 2 weeks old) in a large Kettle, completely immersing the eggs in cool water. Place lid On kettle. Place kettle on burner on high heat, bringing to a rolling boil. Turn heat down to medium high, maintaining a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Flush with cold water, then add ice cubes (from top of eggs to top of kettle). Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain water. Place eggs on paper towels to dry. Peel eggs. Halve the eggs, placing equal amounts of yolks into each of the 2 mixing bowls, Place the halved eggs onto cookie sheets lined with paper towels. Using a fork, mash the yolks. Add salt (about 30 shakes) and coarse ground black pepper (about 8 shakes) to each bowl. Stir. To each mixing bowl: squeeze French’s mustard (enough to cover ¾ of the top layer of crushed yolks) and add 6 heaping tablesthingys of mayonnaise (more or less mayonnaise depending upon how creamy you want the filling). Stir well.
In one of the mixing bowls, add Farman’s Home Style Baby Dill pickles (chopped) and 5 heaping teasthingys of Beaver extra hot prepared horseradish. Stir very well. Taste the filling at this point (Mark Klammer and Eloise McClouskey are my official tasters) add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, pickles, as needed. Then, fill (generously) the halved eggs with the filling Garnish with a pinch of Tone’s ground cayenne pepper on each egg and serve.
Finally, in the other mixing bowl. Add: 4-6 green Jalapenos (chopped), and 5 red Fresno jalapenos (chopped) for extra heat. As the mood strikes. Add 2-3 serannos (chopped) for extra heat. Stir very well. Taste filling at this point. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, jalapenos as needed. Then fill (generously) with the filling. Garnish with Green or red Jalapenos (thinly sliced), or with Serannos (thinly sliced) and serve.

Aside from the baby dill pickles, I think I have all those ingredients. That may be my lunch sometime this week!
Is the general consensus that this is just an Easter Egg, then, and not that the DRC swiped Atrus' linking book to D'ni and replaced with with a recipe for eggs? ;D

Is there a way to get to this particular Easter Egg with out the help of a certain unmentioned Python file? I often wondered why its their to begin with because their is no other way that I know of to get to it, unless this is one of the puzzles no one has solved yet.

Yeah, this recipe is found in the Myst Library fireplace (best hiding place ever!) by entering this code: OOXXXOOO OXOOOXXO XOXXOOOX XOXXOOOX OXOOOXXO OOXXXOOO The "X" represents the squares to be pressed, then the red button and you'll get the recipe in game

Tell you the truth, I have no idea. The first combination was throughout the expansion pack, second was just obvious, but I don't know about this one

I copied the design onto graft paper and it looks symmetrical, like a digital egg or something. Here it is, the missing page from The Myst library
