3-4 eggs 140 g flour 1 cup milk 2 tbsp. sugar a pinch of salt 2 tbsp. sour cream 1/2 cup raisins 2 tbsp. chopped almonds 3 tbsp. butter sugar powder

Separate the egg-whites and the yolks. Beat the whites to a foam. Blend the yolks, flour, milk, sugar and a pinch of salt to a smooth dough. Add in the beaten whites and the sour cream. Mix with the raisins and chopped almonds. Melt the butter in a frying pan, sthingy the dough on it and fry on a low heat till gold-brown. Turn the pancake on the other side and keep frying until ready. Lay the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with sugar powder.
