This thread'll be empty for a while, until we get more into the swing of things; basically, once a recipe has been discussed for a while, and two or more members have confirmed that they've tested it out in their kitchens and that it turned out OK, it will get moved here to distinguish it from more experimental recipes that have just been suggested.
