I worked up a basic stir fry. I was quite pleased with the way the sauce turned out. It's my pride and joy - 1lb Chicken Breasts
- 1 Bag Frozen Vegetables
- 1 Can of Pineapple Chunks or a can of Mandarin oranges (either will work just fine)
- Brown Sugar to Taste
- Rice
Add two tablesthingys sesame oil to wok and start on medium heat. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks Stir fry chicken for 5 minutes, or until the surface is no longer pink Mix in frozen vegetables. Stir fry until the chicken has been cooked throughout. Sauce: Drain the pineapple juice into a sauce pan, add about half of the pineapple chunks into the pan. Simmer on low heat adding brown sugar to taste. Once the sauce has warmed, add 1 tsp flour to thicken sauce. Add to rice and serve warm
